The aspiring candidate must have post-graduate degree from any recognized university. Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in academic career need not apply.The aspiring candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of computer applications.

The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 years with present monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 30,000/- for the 1st year and Tk. 35,000/- for the 2nd year. After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will be absorbed as "Junior Officer" with a monthly salary of Tk. 40,000/- with other benefits.
