Canada is not the dominant country. Canada has no influence on international politics.The Canadian military is small and heavily dependent on the United States.

 Canada's foreign policy is largely dependent on the United States due to various agreements.

Canada is also commercially dependent on the United States. Canada's importance in international politics is less than that of Saudi Arabia.
