Concepts of discrete mathematics are most commonly used. But it's also worthwhile to see what kind of programming you mean.


There is no special 'para' in mathematics in general app or web development, but the basics of mathematics, trigonometry, matrix, vectors and physics will be very useful in game development. To understand advanced database operations, one must have knowledge of set theory.


Concepts of calculus will be used in the field level tasks, such as simulation, PID, signal processing, etc.
