Gmail is blocking the javascript file, so yu can not sent any javascript file with gmail. But if you upload the file at google drive and then paste the link at mail, then the mail will be sent. Its the only way to send javascript file.
You may also try mediafire.com and other ways. Here, you have to upload the file at first and then share the link. Thanks
