Know what to do in Gmail E-mail is still the most important medium for institutional communication. E-mail is also very popular with marketers for a variety of reasons. They send advertisements in e-mail daily. Again, almost everyone has the egregious example of sending e-mails for malicious purposes. If you do not get rid of those spam e-mails in the 'Spam' folder, there are three methods you can follow in gmail. First method: Block specific sender If you get lots of e-mails from a specific e-mail address for the campaign, you can block that e-mail address in gmail. * First login to gmail and login with id and password * Identify and open the e-mail from the specified email address * Click on the three dot button and select 'Block' * Click the 'Block' button again to agree Second method: Block e-mail using filters You can prevent certain types of emails from being sent using the filters in e-mail. * To do this, login to your Gmail and click on the drop-down menu from the right side of the search bar. * In the 'To' field, type the sender's name or email address and click 'Create Filter' * In the next step, select 'Delete it' and press the 'Create Filter' button to automatically delete all e-mail from that sender. Step 3: Block an e-mail using a keyword Once again, go to the search bar in Gmail and go to the Filter option from the drop down menu. In the 'Has the word' section, type promotions, sales, discounts, offers, free, won or this word and press the 'Create Filter' button. In the next step, select 'Delete it'.
